An elevator is available to access the three floors + exterior stairs off the living and king-bedroom for quick access to a private 100’ fishing dock! You’ll find the beach a breezy 8 minute walk, golf cart or beach bikes available. Pool and tennis courts in gated community center.
The first floor features direct walkout access to the breath taking peaceful Sound. Stair access off seawall and fishing dock to enjoy the water, drop kayaks and paddle boards in or relax on the water swings! Covered space includes TV, pool/air-hockey/table-tennis, basketball pop-shot, darts + a fishing corner!
As you head to the second floor, you are greeted with views for days. The dolphins actively play, within feet of the dock and the schools of red fish jumping are fun to watch. The patio features outdoor dining space and a comfy seating area. Large slider doors into the living room with cozy comfortable seating, opens up to the 10-seater dining table and chef’s kitchen with additional seating. The kitchen and wet bar is fully stocked to host a fabulous dinner, featuring a 42” sink, wine fridge and beautiful serving ware. Off the bar, the powder sets the tone for vacation vibes with it’s bold wallcovering. Off the staircase, a king-bedroom with en-suite bath is fully equipped for a long stay. Tranquil coastal bedroom vibes, bathroom picture window with stunning water views you see from the walk-in frameless shower and freestanding tub.
You can take the stairs or step into the eye catching nautical elevator to the third floor to access 4 bedroom. Two additional king-bedrooms (en-suite baths), the teen room with 2 queens (full bath off hall) and bunk room with 1 queen + 2 fulls (en-suite bath). Each bed + bath features a costal flare ad TV’s. The two king-bedrooms have private access to the 3rd floor patio, with an inviting two-person chaise to watch the magical sunsets and swivel chairs to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water. Laundry room and coffee bar are located off the beachy hallway.
